The tool "Job Plan" provides an outline for an employee and an employer to review the employee's job position and to discuss their goals and targets related to the position.
While completing the Job Plan, the employee and the employer can mutually come up with criteria that will be used for the annual staff evaluation (tool 244 Staff Evaluation by the Machinery).
This tool is useful cccasionally, when hiring an employee or when reviewing job descriptions.
