The tool "Employee Self-Review" provides the employee with an outline to use to formulate their thoughts with regards to where they stand in an organization, as well as what their future aspirations are and how these may tie in with the organization's own goals.

This tool is useful annually, when conducting an annual staff evaluation. An employee self-review gives the employee the chance to provide constructive feedback to the organization.
