The "Sponsorship Contract" tool is a template that can be used to draft a contract between an organization that provides some form of visibility and a sponsor (cash or in kind).
This tool is useful when you or your organization are drawing up a sponsorship agreement.
Please note that there are several ways to write a sponsorship contract. You should therefore adapt the template to each situation. Once signed, the contract governs the contractual relationship between the parties. It is therefore your responsibility to make sure the contract reflects the agreement you have made. We recommend that you consult a legal advisor who is a member of the Quebec bar. Note that the person who signs the agreement on behalf of the organization must be authorized to do so.
