The "Pre-Contract Letter of Agreement" is a template for an agreement between an artist or company and a presenter.

This tool is useful on occasion, after the terms and conditions for the performance have been discussed and agreed upon with the presenter. It puts into writing the previously discussed and agreed-upon terms and conditions for dissemination. It doesn’t replace a contract but serves to set down the terms and conditions before the contract is signed. A letter of agreement may be required for a grant application. There are several ways to write a letter of agreement.
