Become a resource
A large pool of resources with wide-ranging and diverse profiles has made their expertise available to the Machinerie’s community, forming an integral part of our business model. The Machinerie currently has a little over 150 resources who can be contacted on an ad hoc basis for specific support mandates in a variety of fields, whether through our Expert Workshops, our Collaboration Unit or our Support Unit.

Steps to participate as a resource:
- If you haven’t already done so, join our community.
- Complete your profile, with details of your skills, and attach your résumé
- The Machinerie’s team will study your profile (allow time to complete this step)
- Participate in a group integration meeting. These meetings are held monthly and are designed to allow us to get to know you better, introduce our team and describe the contracting and remuneration details.
- Add your name to the Machinerie’s resource pool
Note that it takes some time to develop the working relationship. Further, the Machinerie cannot guarantee a certain frequency or recurrence of mandates, as demand varies according to the community’s needs.
