The "Business Model Canvas" is a tool for planning a project start-up or to re-position the project during its implementation.
It provides a way for you to communicate your project effectively and it fosters strategic thinking, the exchange of ideas and teamwork. The tool is useful when you want to have a snapshot of how your organization or project is structured and understand its strengths and weaknesses. In this tool, the term “client” means anyone the organization engages with (e.g.: members of the public, presenters, partners, donors, etc.).
