The tool "Committee Guide" is a breakdown of the different kinds of committees that are common to not-for-profit arts organizations.

This tool can be used at any time, as an introduction for board members who are just beginning their mandate or who would like to refresh their knowledge on committee protocol. It includes the different types of committees (e.g. standing, ad hoc, etc.) and descriptions of the committees that are commonly established in these organizations (e.g. executive committee, finance committee, etc.).
