Financial Position and Forecast

The "Financial Position and Forecast" tool complements the "Business Plan" tool also offered in the Machinery Toolbox. It allows you to explain your current financial state (your assets and liabilities) and to predict your potential revenue and expenses when starting a project and/or a business.
The following tool must be used when the project manager drafts the business plan. It is a way of justifying your project to the stakeholders (ex.: funding bodies, directors…).
Please note that this tool is a simplified version of a financial plan for private businesses and that it is important to have this model validated by the stakeholders who want you to produce it.
